Meet MRJ

MRJ is 2GM’s Founder.

MRJ is a singer, songwriter, worship pastor, and vocal coach. MRJ is most passionate about connecting artists to their artistic destiny! With the understanding of how it feels to have a dream and not know where to start - she desires to help others break free from limitations and build confidence to relentlessly pursue music!

Jaila is our Director of Experience.

We are not just focused on music education but elevating the level of service we bring to our music artists who in turn become model citizens of excellence where ever they bring their musical gifts.

Meet Jasmine

Jasmine

She serves as the Director of Operations at 2ndGenMusic, where she has been a driving force behind the organization’s growth since joining in 2023. She leads all aspects of day-to-day operations, including client relations, onboarding, scheduling, payment systems, program planning, communications, and creative coordination, such as social media photo sessions. Jasmine’s ability to manage both structure and creativity ensures that 2ndGenMusic runs smoothly and continues to move forward with excellence.

A proud Paterson, NJ native, Jasmine brings both heart and artistry to her work. A former vocal performance major at Rosa Parks Performing Arts School, she is also a gifted singer who occasionally shares her talent at the 2GM performances. Beyond her role, she is a creative entrepreneur—designing merch—and currently runs a small business in the beauty industry.

Jasmine is a devoted wife and mother, a twin, and a natural creative whose passion for the arts and community is reflected in everything she does. We are truly grateful to have her leadership, vision, and care guiding our operations..
